The Routine Robot is designed to be the opposite of a participation trophy. Research shows that when rewards come about ⅓ of the time, the brain stays engaged. That’s why the Routine Robot’s stickers are pre-randomized: ~1 Prize sticker for every 2 Rep stickers, in an unpredictable pattern.
